Law of June 28, 1935, in force from September 1, 1935: the Nazis drastically tightened Paragraph 175 and added Paragraph 175a (up to ten years of penal servitude for "qualified cases"). It became the basis of systematic persecution — thousands of men were convicted and deported to concentration camps.
