Constitutional amendment "mother is a woman, father is a man" — Hungary

On December 16, 2020, parliament passed (123:45) the 9th constitutional amendment: "The mother is a woman, the father is a man." Adoption was effectively restricted to married different-sex couples — excluding same-sex couples.
