Rehabilitation of men convicted under Paragraph 175 (Germany)

On 22 June 2017 the Bundestag passed the StrRehaHomG, annulling the convictions of men sentenced for consensual homosexual acts after 8 May 1945 and providing compensation (€30m fund). It took effect on 22 July 2017 — legal redress for tens of thousands of victims.
